Cheap Hotels in Ward 2, Binh Thanh District

Terrible experience. I used to book Cozrum for my previous visit to Ho Chi Minh, but this time Cozrum made me feel disappointed. 1. Like another comment, there is no one in charge to help you check in to open the room. My room card has even disappeared. I need to open the room by code and cannot leave the hotel because I don't know how to enter the entrance door (it can only be opened by a card or someone inside opens it for you) The room is okay but the stuff is old (bed/pillow drape). I wonder do they changed them or not cause I got itchy after staying one night. I do ask them to change after 1 night but the staff is quite rude. She threw all the new stuff as a mess on the dirty floor. When I asked do they were the clean ones, she said she had just recently taken them out from the drying machine. However, when I touch them, they are cool @ The same thing with my towel, the new one is wet and does not have a good smell. I changed to a new hotel after one night even though I already paid for 2 nights. So please Cozrum, you guys need to fix the problems if you still want to continue doing this business
