Most terrible experiences ever. 1. Booked the room via web, but when I contacted the owner, he did not aware about the booking. I have to ask for agent's support and only able to check in by then. There was only 1 key provided to me, very inconvenience when you have 4 persons. I had a need to extend the rent to another 2 nights, checked in web and the room available, I still able to book the room by complete the payment step. But the owner confirmed it was occupied during that 2 nights, there's risk to tenant when paid, booking confirmed but the room occupied. 2, The Apartment very dirty. I have to buy cleaning set, clean the rooms myself. The provided equipment very old and dirty, even the bedding sets. I have to use my own bed sets for the 3 bed rooms. No glasses, spoons. Electric cooker, kitchen set very old and dirty as well. It is recommended the tenant should check the qty of equipment provided and get it confirmed by the owner to prevent any unnecessary argument when check out, although there's nothing for your to take.
