The room was beautiful, spacious and clean just like the picture. We even got a room upgrade. The hotel is very close to the old town, and they lend free bicycles, which is very convenient. The breakfast was not very rich. Will definitely come back next time.

I have a great experience at Silk road Hoi An. I found the hotel the last night before I flew, so I did not look very carefully. When I arrived at the hotel a little early about 10 o'clock, but you still let me check in early and got a better room upgrade. Staff was friendly and was given a free bike loan. I suggest that you borrow a bicycle to walk around the old town, do not go for a walk in the hot sun but not close to walking for about 15 minutes to get to the old town. I have a chance to come back at Silk road again ❤️

Just a kilometre from the old town, Bel Marina was a fabulous oasis from the hustle & bustle of Hoi An. We loved the big pool & outdoor area, and the breakfast room and the food offerings were outstanding. My only complaint would be the password free wifi, which, according to my online security service, wasn’t very secure.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding. Every member of staff including the cleaning staff upwards were extremely friendly and polite. They were magnificent - everyone. There was a lot of noise from the pool area all day and evenings every day, which slightly marred our stay. Many guests stayed for just a few nights only, and were noisy banging doors and talking loudly at all hours. But overall a very good hotel. Will definitely return

Bel Marina is definitely a 5-star resort in Hoi An. The property was amazing, the rooms were spotless, the customer service was excellent, and their pools were amazing to relax in! I would recommend this property to people who are looking to relax a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of the old town as it is about a 10-minute walk to the old town.

We LOVED this hotel! The breakfast was amazing! The pool area and staff were amazing and the room was beautiful! I will definitely be booking here again if I come back to Hoi An and will recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

Beautiful property in the center of Hoi An. The outdoors are absolutely stunning. They have free bicycles. The staff is really helpful. My recommendation is to take a room with a pool view or lake view as the town view can be noisy.

Excellent location in the old town. All facilities were excellent. The room was huge and the buffet breaky was great. Spa was reasonably priced for relaxing treatment. You can use a bicycle for free which we found to be super cool. Would highly recommend staying here for friendly and convenient service.

A wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and kind. We opted for the honeymoon package, which was worth every penny. The vice manager was very hospitable and even brought a singer and her escort to our romantic dinner.
We also had a fantastic massage as part of the package. Truly the best we've had in Vietnam. Far better than the street parlors and way more professional.
The personal touch, great facilities and overall level of the hotel make it an easy 'yes'. Will definitely stay there again.

This resort is perfect. The staff are more than wonderful. They’re so hospitable, friendly and just lovely humans. Breakfast was amazing. My room with a river view was immaculate and was a luxury to come back to after great days touring Hoi An and Danang. The location is fantastic and in walking distance to everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat & highly recommend booking here. You will not be disappointed!
