Overall experience is 7/10. Room: 9/10 The Beach front villa room is nice and look exactly like the photo. Its spacious for me and my friend to work and have conference call separately. We had a good and private time during weekday. Facilities: 7/10 due to covid 19, the maintenance and facilities like gym room, the spa room and the pavement looks run down (grass turn yellow and dried out), the beach is not great for swimming because of all the construction work and its pretty dirty in the morning. We had to walk for around 100-200m away to swim daily. Food: 6/10 Del sol restaurant is not great because there are not many guests eating, hence waiters are not very attentive. Recommendation: We walk around the area to have dinner. Recommend: Iris cafe for breakfast or lunch (8/10), Hien - charcoal chicken for dinner (7/10), nearby BBQ restaurant, fruit juice store just next to Iris, or you can try Bittersweet bar at night. They have good cocktails

Best experience ever, extremely spacious and beautiful. The service is also very good, there is a shuttle to the airport, during the stay, if you have any request, the staff will support you all, the attitude is very friendly and cheerful. Breakfast is very good, will change dishes every day, not indiscriminately like other places. Very close to entertainment places such as night markets, restaurants, even grand world, it only takes half an hour by motorbike.

It was amazing, from the breakfast to the room service. I booked a romantic dinner to secretly organize a birthday party for my husband. The staff is very attentive and enthusiastic, especially the party manager is Ms. Thao. Oh, it's my first time to Phu Quoc, but I left a lot of good impressions here. Forever love Famiana 🥰

Reservations are recommended. Should book 1 week in advance for better prices. I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. great. Friendly staff to help out. comfortable space. very suitable for families with many people. Eat comfortably, buy food from outside, if processing only charges surcharge, I buy seafood thanks to processing for you, very delicious.

Good service, friendly staff, clean room. But the breakfast buffet is not very rich and there is no beach, so it is difficult to swim in the sea because there is an embankment. Because my family travels all the time, I don't stay at the resort much 8/10 points 😁 (that's some of my personal feelings) ah The room has a lot of mosquitoes, the last night my house was bitten by mosquitoes all night and sorry for the little boy 😔

Chúng tôi đi 3 người nhưng rất tiếc resort không có phòng gia đình mà kê thêm 1 tấm nệm ở dưới sàn nên không được thoải mái cho lắm. Khung cảnh tạm được, không đặc sắc lắm. Phong cách phục vụ tốt, nhân viên lễ phép, lịch sự. Resort gần điểm đón xe bus miễn phí của Hoàng Long và Vinpearl nên thuận tiện đi Vinwonder và Grand Wonder. Tôi ăn chay và bếp rất vui vẻ nấu riêng món chay cho tôi vì buffet sáng đa số là món mặn. Nghe gia đình nói món bún, phở buổi sáng ngon.

Cảm ơn Famiana đã giúp bọn mình có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời Bọn mình có đặt phòng Deluxe Garden View nhưng do lỗi giữa app và resort (thời gian mình đặt chỉ còn 3 phòng trống và khi đến nơi đã hết phòng Deluxe ) resort đã chủ động chuyển bọn mình lên phòng Beach Front Villa cao cấp hơn rất nhiều nhưng không thu thêm phí Các bạn lễ tân, nhân viên resort rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp View bờ biển siêu đẹp, Buffet sáng cũng ổn Thật sự rất hài lòng với Famiana , dịp sau trở lại Phú Quốc chắc chắn Famiana vẫn là lựa chọn ưu tiên của mình

Resort hơi cũ nhưng sạch sẽ phòng ok, thoải mái, lễ tân vui vẻ vị trí đẹp, cách sân bay khoảng 5km, đi vào chợ đêm cũng tiện. cảnh quan ok, có bãi biển riêng, view ngắm mặt trời lặn rất xịn, quán cafe pha chế ngon ở đây người nước ngoài nhiều hơn người Việt, đỡ xô bồ, khá yên tĩnh
