The hotel is just opposite My Khe Beach, receptionist are friendly and able to communicate with English. Free Airport shuttle pick up service only twice a day which is 10.30am and 3.30pm and required to reserve upfront. Breakfast buffet is good and pretty much variety of food are available. Room is clean and hygiene but disappointed is not directly face the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Haian in Danang. Great location right across from the beach where you can rent an umbrella and chairs. The rooftop pool and bar at the hotel are incredible and the bartenders were so attentive and kind. We didn't even realize breakfast was included which was such a nice treat! It was a delicious buffet at the gorgeous restaurant overlooking the sea. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed here five nights in April 2025. We had a diamond suite on the 11th floor. The rooms have great views, and a lot of space. Bathroom had a shower and a tub.
If you plan to stay facing the beach be prepared to wear earplugs if you are sensitive to noise as there always seems to be noise coming from the street. Sometimes it's quiet sometimes not. My wife and I are city people so it was not bad for us. One can always request a non beach facing room.
The beach is right across the street and there are so many places to eat within walking distance. We suggest walking on the beach morning or night. The beach water is refreshing also.
Oh the buffet breakfast is excellent. MANY foods to choose from including authentic Vietnamese banh mi and pho on certain days.
The staff are gentle and kind and always great you with a smile.
We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nicely furnished from the ground floor to the top and staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would say construction next door is out of place.

The staff are attentive and friendly. The hotel smells amazing and location is convenient. Only 2 things that sucked was the building next door is still under construction and an eyesore (not in their control though) and that they don’t provide hair conditioner in the bathroom. Everything else was great!

Haian hotel was a great choice right opposite the beach. The view from the ocean front room cannot be beat. There are no balconies in many hotels facing My Khe and My An beach. Bed was the most comfortable i experienced in Vietnam. Superb breakfast options. Beach towels are also provided at the reception. This is a beach front hotel so not near the city but grab is very cheap and easily available. Wish i had more than 2 nights at this hotel.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here as part of a longer trip, the room was amazing, very spacious. The only thing i would comment is the noise you here if you are facing the main road, it can be quite noisy with all the beeping, but couldnt fault the hotel or the room otherwise. Good location and walking distance from everythinf you need.

The location is close to the beach and through the back door one has easy access to numerous stores, restauants and other amenities.
The pool area and lounging space on the rooftop is limited. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel and it was top notch again. The location is fantastic but what shines out is the staff, they are so dedicated and simply great and very friendly to talk to and this is reflected in the high standard of the hotel and facilities, we will be back
