The house is located on Pham Hong Thai, in an alley about 50 meters from the road, near Xuan Huong Lake. Superior room is located on the 1st floor like in the picture. Room with fan, TV, fridge, dressing table, closet, clean bathtub, water heater. Old car rental, only Sirius and Wave RSX, priced at 100k a day. Room charge is 360k 1 night. The female host is about 45 years old, friendly.

The room for 2 people is too small, not like the introduced pictures in web. Although I booked and paid for 2 days but the hosts said it was 1 day. The fact that their attitude are not good with customers and then I left this terrible homestay!

Computer car rental by hour is quite difficult. Other places count 1 day as 24 hours, but here take 1 day from morning to night. But I have to return the car before 8:00 pm. I have negotiated that it is too early to return the car after 8:00 am and usually tourists will come back until 22-23. But the hotel is still quite difficult and not negotiable.
