Holiday Inn Resort HO TRAM BEACH, an IHG Hotel

Very nice hotel and has a lot of facilities for us as a family with a kid. My kid very happy enjoying the kidsclub, kids pool, and game center. We had lunch at Lemongrass restaurant and all the food we ordered are good. The reception, Catherine very helpful and so friendly

The hotel space is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Nice hotel room, clean, very comfortable. The outside space is also very large, with many places to entertain and take pictures. Big and clean swimming pool. Will definitely visit again when the opportunity arises.

My family has a 3-day 2-night vacation here, I am very satisfied with the service, but I think facilities such as children's play, spa (sauna) & soft drinks should be free of charge instead. charge as current.

The hotel has a shuttle bus from District 1. Beautiful scenery, beautiful view. The resort is newly built so it's new and clean. Lovely friendly staff. My mother is sick. The staff called to inquire and gave free check-out for another 2 hours. The family had a well-deserved holiday.

Trở lại Holiday Inn Hồ Tràm lần này với phòng Cabana view rất đẹp, gia đình mình được hỗ trợ đổi 2 phòng thông ban công bọn trẻ rất vui vì có thể chạy qua lại chơi với nhau, nhân viên nhiệt tình đặc biệt là các bạn cứu hộ hồ bơi, chủ động chụp hình và hướng dẫn khách góc đẹp. Nhiều hồ và thời tiết đẹp nên các bé bơi rất vui, một bé trong đoàn mình bị trật chân các bạn cũng hỗ trợ y tế gặp bác sỹ kiểm tra băng chân và xe đẩy về phòng chu đáo, ngoài ra còn hỗ trợ check out muộn, buổi tối cuối tuần có ca sỹ biểu diễn rất hay trong tuần chơi piano nhẹ và nhạc nước ngoài hồ bơi , cả gia đình có một trải nghiệm rất ok cho kì nghỉ hè.
