Clean room, central area, I stayed 2 nights here very satisfied. Booked and watched rv on app but arrived quite ok. Room price at the hotel 850k booked through the app cheaper.👍

The hotel is bad, run down, the receptionist said the attitude was unpleasant, bossy. Everyone going to Can Tho should avoid this hotel. The room is not like the picture, the room has a musty smell and is extremely dirty

Staffs weren't friendly, seldom smile. They ignored us when we say thank you after we asked for thing. There were not warm shower. It was cold or a bit less cold water. Sink water was having hot option. We used to stay at this place before. It was much better than this time.

The service in the receptionist (Mr. Hien) really bad, me as a foreigner and my wife is a Vietnamese, they make difficulty for us, even we show all the evidence that we are husband and wife, the receptionist push us to show the marriage certificate, if we don't bring the certificate, they asking us to leave and find the other hotel without refund our money, or book another room in there. Really ridiculous, I never face this problem in the other hotel such as Da Nang, Hue, Ho Chi Minh City.

The policy posted public on website Traveloka/ hotel policy: “According to Vietnam legal regulations, one foreign person and one Vietnamese person who stay in the same room have to be legally married with the proof of a copy of the marriage certificate.” The receptionist (Mr. Hien) try to support all of the guests, finally, you still check in with your wife. But It seems that you did not want to listen to the hotel staff who are trying their best to assist you. We apologize about the above situation, the hotel did not make you satisfied!

Lack of flexibility: I booked 2 nights individually, the receptionist asked me to checkin twice - meaning the next day I had to go downstairs to sign the second check-in even though the room was unchanged. This is the first time a hotel has asked me to do this, I feel very uncomfortable. Conveying misleading information: part of the fault here is also my fault, because I don't pay much attention to the breakfast part. So when you reception said “no breakfast ticket”. I thought my booking didn't have breakfast.

After payment, the hotel said it was not on the system, there was no room. The payment + receipt screen is full. Processing takes a long time to be checked in

The breakfast buffet was okay, but the hallway that I was in that day was full of sewage smell or something, it wasn't until the time to check out that the cleaning staff cleaned and sprayed it. The soundproofing is not good, because in the room, I can still hear the foreigner's voice very clearly, the toilet room is quite average
