Outside the billboard impression is a massage, it's not safe to feel. Employees are also not enthusiastic to help carry things, only check in quickly.

The first time I had to rent a room like this. Low humidity room smell of mildew. Nothing to say. Go to the room to see the room, then go out to rent another room ... in the drawer there is still the garbage is the fruit peel. Indeed, I do not think this is the place where people stay .. Luckily, I can book through the site without watching my eyes, so I only book 1 night. Consider losing money unfairly. indeed from the time of check-in, it's time to look for a new room with a very bad mood. After checking in, I did not dare to go back to my room .. I thought I would go to the wrong room because the room was not the same as the photo

The room is too old unlike the image on the web, the receptionist is less professional, does not care about the customer, comes to the place where the check-in and the staff do not care, nearly 15 minutes after receiving the key to the room. Up to the room, it was completely disappointing, the room was too old, the air conditioner was weak, the room did not have a deadbolt but had to set the door with a wand. Agree cheap, the room is not beautiful but in return the service quality is too poor. Frustrated completely !!

The quality is too bad for the amount you pay, the room is not as bright as the picture. Hot water is available but the room is low, the items that should be available in hotels are not available. Generally the service and equipment are too bad, unacceptable compared to the money you spend. Definitely will not come back

We weren't satisfied with the service. The toilet was dirty,the pillows were smelly, aircon was dusty and the towels has holes and too old.Definitely,not going back.

Advertise free breakfast is not true. Advertise television is not true. Location is good but rooms are old and moldy and my shower head was hooked onto the sink.

5 * for location, located in the old town, super close to the cathedral walk less than 1 minute. The old room is wet with the bed sheet, which is not very satisfactory. The boss is also enthusiastic. With super cheap room rates in the center, it is acceptable 🤑

I book Single Room. Small room and shared WC. Room is quite good for the price. I think you can note more clearly about the features of the room so guests can choose the room without being down. For example, I could pay a higher price to book a room with my own WC. The staff are very friendly. The check in takes a bit long and the customers have to wait (not me, you check in after me).
