Spacious, beautiful room, great view, nice swimming pool right in front of the room so very convenient, but above is the bar so it's a bit noisy at night, during the day there is drilling and repairing around so it's noisy,

There was no AC in the lobby when we first entered in. The location was also tucked in a small alleyway so we couldn’t access it with the van we were riding. Rooms were average but the AC worked well. The TV was working but with a lot of static.

We had a great stay! It’s a close enough walk to the main beach and the hotel also has their own umbrellas, sun lounges and towels which is a plus :) The room was clean, pool was wonderful (great view too) and breakfast had plenty of options. We’ll definitely return!!

I have a Sea view room which very large and great view of the ocean. Breakfast area does not have enough AC and feel very hot while eating Breakfast. Rooftop pool is nice but Gym is so hot only fan no AC. Elevator very slow.

Would highly recommend Maple Hotel and Apartment. We stayed in the apartment and the room was enormous with a great view, with a kitchen and a washing machine for a very affordable price. Located both near the beach and also near the city centre so you can get a bit of everything. Breakfast was very good as well.

This hotel is located right next to the beach- They give you vouchers to get lounge chairs for the beach as well. Very walk-able to wherever you'd like to go. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast is lovely!

Great location, 2 minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Nha Trang, good continental breakfast, very friendly staff and reasonable price.
Recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Nha Trang for vacation and I will stay here if I have a chance to visit again.

The rooms were smaller than the pictures posted. The cleaning staff came a little early to clean the room, but we asked to come back a little later. They never came back. This is not a 4 star hotel, maybe a three or a nice two star.

I was initially surprised after arriving that no airport car could drive directly to the door of the hotel, its down a very narrow lane as I have limited walking ability with suit cases this was a bit of a challenge, I have previously written about my poor checkin experience this just continued to deteriorate the staff on many occasions tried to make up for this properties short falls but it was not enough. at the end of my trip, a trip I cut short my 2 days as my patience had completely run out. The entire hotel felt old and the rules were very old fashioned, I don't know what clientele the hotel is familiar with but checking out 2 days early, there was no discussion about a possible refund of the missing nights, I was then forced to wait stood at reception as somebody 'checked my room' my word like in every other hotel I have stayed in as part of this three week asia trip was not good enough. Then I was asked to talk the hotel representative through the room, were the hotels toiletries had been moved to to make room for my own and through the overall room.
I was really disappointed with my stay, in my initial review I raised concerns and it was clear the hotel management tried to address these concerns but in doing so didn't make anything better, our treatment changed moments after posting the first review. I really do feel for the staff at this hotel they tried there best but the property was just not unto the standard I was expecting.

This hotel should not be rated 4 star by any means. It's 3 star at best. Rooms are not up to standard, it's not a peaceful spot to get any rest. Hear drunk people all night screaming and shouting. It's a Hell Hotel.

The hotel is in the centre of town with lots of options for food and shopping. The beach is just a 5 minutes walk.
The view from our Ocean Apartment is amazing, and from the pool on the 25 floor, the view is stunning of 180 degree ocean and mountains!!

This place was absolutely terrible. I have never written a poor review in my life, but Maple has inspired me to do so.
I am a remote worker and rely on a strong internet connection. This hotel's internet dropped me from every digital meeting I attended the first evening I was here.
I had the apartment for two more nights, but I had to go elsewhere so I could effectively work. I was not upset with Maple yet, as the had not intentionally wronged me.
However, I was not disappointed to be needing to make the switch. My apartment felt cheap, had long echoes in the hallway that were very loud, and the plumbing smelled of... Plumbing. Further, the hotel is 25 or so floors and they have just 2 elevators. I got tired of that wait after my first day.
I told the hotel staff of my situation. I offered to pay for the current day, but politely requested a refund for my the day after next. They told me they would grant this request as long as I contacted Expedia to have them call the hotel.
What happened next? Maple hotel staff dodged Expedia calls for hours and did not reply CV to emails. The front staff were clueless and unhelpful. After about 2 hours and 3 phone calls to Expedia I finally got word that I would have to pay full price for my room and not get any ability to cancel 1 day from my reservation.
Good riddance Maple. I hope that one day you seek inspiration from one of the many fantastic hotels and apartment buildings that surround you.
