This is a hotel with the worst facilities I have ever booked. Worse than I thought, it's always called a total disappointment. Initially, I booked a room for about 500k on the picture, I thought it was very good, so I just booked, when I booked, I specified that there was a baby, but when I arrived, the reception showed me the room right next to the reception, I looked the room I was shocked, the room was darker than my future, but there was a lot of mold on the wall, when I walked in, a musty smell hit my nose, I can't understand why the heart of the hotel is to leave the room like so let the children lie down. At that time, I asked to change the room, but it said that the room of the same class was sold out and only uploaded the room, I was ok, I thought it was ok to upload. But when you go to the second room, it's as dark as the old room, the lights are weak, the bathroom doesn't have hot and cold to fix (this I also accept). If it's not acceptable at night, I ask to change a new room, the new room is brighter, then oh my god it's noisy and I have to call it 100% even though I'm in the room but the sound sounds the same as when I'm outside. At 2 3 am, guests knock on the door very loudly, making me lose sleep, very annoyed. I swear I will never come back to this hotel for the second time

Thứ nhất, về giá cả thì giá đặt trên app mặc dù đã có giảm nhưng cao hơn so với thực tế. Thứ hai, hình ảnh về phòng trên app trông có vẻ sang trọng hơn thực tế. Thứ ba, đề nghị khách sạn có bồn trữ nước để có phục vụ khi khách sạn bị mất nước, làm mình phải mua nước suối để phục vụ cho sinh hoạt. Thứ tư, không có tủ để đựng quần áo vì mình lưu trú cả 2 ngày. Từ những lý do trên khiến mình khá thất vọng về khách sạn, mình đã tính chuyển khách sạn nhưng đã thanh toán phòng rồi nên đành phải ở lại 2 ngày 🥲

The location is great, however, the room on the Ground floor is bad. First of all, the room is moldy. It seems like the hotel staff did not clean the room properly. Secondly, the bathroom sink is filthy and molds were everywhere around the sink. Although the staff was nice, I would not recommend the stay.

The room is spacious, the staff is lovely and enthusiastic, there are only old stained bed sheets with some stains, and the bathroom and refrigerator are not very clean. Hope the hotel improves to bring a better experience for customers

The room is a bit small and old but the price is cheap, so it's ok, but there is no elevator, so it's a bit tiring to go up and down on the 4th floor.
