The rooms are very nice and spacious. It is a fun neighborhood with a lot of bars and restaurants.

Location was decent. Deluxe room was not great. Design of the living space was not great. Bathtub in the middle was a waste. I guess they were trying to make best use of a small space. I won’t be staying at this hotel again. Having toured a number of places. I believe there are better places with good rooms.

Pullman Saigon We recently stayed 3 nights at the Pullman Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Which is in district 1 in a great location. We stayed in executive level rooms which were absolutely beautiful. The rooms themselves were modern well lit and thoughtful in their appointment. Our room was on level 25 with an amazing view of the city with a huge window. The access to the executive lounge was a great advantage to our stay. Firstly the staff. They couldn’t be more helpful and attentive Ms Thanh and Mr Bau with Ms Anh and the team went above and beyond to make our stay even more of a pleasant experience. Each and every one of them is a credit to the Pullman Hotel. The time we were fortunate enough to spend with them would make us return to the Pullman when we return to Ho Chi Minh City for sure.

Don’t like the layout of the room. The bath tub smacked right on the middle & there is a partition hanged in the middle of the room, the space between the the bath tube & the shower stall/toilet so tight that I got hurt several times. Out side of this, hotel is average.

Had a great stay here

This is our 2nd stay. Aside from the commendable Executive Floor staff, Ha the hostess at 3 level breakfast area is most friendly and cheerful. Hoa (or Hao?) the lobby security/doorman is most helpful and attentive. 5 stars for a wonderful hospitality team at Pullman Saigon Centre. One thing still baffles me is the shower temperature control. It moves to the very hot end and wouldn’t stay to where it was set. This happened in both rooms.

Nice and clean

Doorman, Front Desk, F&B staff were most welcoming and helpful. The Executive Floor Staff were very hospitable, warm and friendly. Always smiling and go above and beyond to help. Namely: Duy, Anh and Linh. The cocktail hour spread is lovely - especially roast beef! Breakfast at 3rd floor dining room has an awesome spread of items! Laundry pick with was less than 5 mins and returned promptly. Cold water issue fixed quickly and quietly before we returned to our room. Excellent stay and we look forward to returning soon!
