Good hotel, nice, happy staff, even though I only rent a dorm room for one night. Good quality rooms compared to the price. Maybe on my days in Dalat there is no sun so there is no hot water so when I take a bath, then hihi. Well, the view is beautiful too. At the ground floor are cafes and pizzas, so it's convenient for you. They rent motorbikes. Overall good.

For the first time book a dorm room and go alone. The impression of the staff here is quite good, the staff are cute and friendly. However, there were some unintended incidents that made my trip incomplete. I think the dorm room should be clearly separated from the male and female guests so that customers feel safe and comfortable when staying at the hotel. As my case just now, because I just went alone, I chose the dorm room, the trip this time I went out all day with my friends so I just went back to the hotel to sleep. I thought the room would be crowded in the weekends, I would just go to sleep. But I did not expect that there was only one man in the room with a man staying together that night. In the room, there was no phone to contact the receptionist of the hotel, but the room was at the 4th floor, there was no elevator. If something happens, I don't know who to ask for help. I really feel very insecure and don't feel safe. I just want to comment to make the hotel more complete. Because this is an unexpected incident. I still appreciate the staff attitude and service, the space of the hotel but maybe I will not experience the feeling of the dorm once I go alone again. :(

- The hotel does not have an elevator, while the room on the 5th floor, each time it is inconvenient. - The room is degraded, the ceiling is covered with water. - Bathroom shower is damaged, weak water - The room next to the wifi transmitter but wifi is weak, I have to register for 3G to use. - Motorbike rental but the helmet is completely damaged due to unhygienic wires and dust. - Dark, narrow entrance. Definitely will not come back.

I accidentally booked for the wrong day but the owner was lovely and didn’t mind rebooking it although the original room has been taken so she’s given us a different one. Location is okay, room clean and comfortable. The only problem is the noise outside as there is a construction side nearby which starts working quite early in the morning. We were getting up anyway so didn’t bother us but if you like to sleep in be mindful. Overall nice place, would stay again.

Bad experience ever ! We booked for 2 night but stayed only one night! The room is so dirty, Bed sheet and blanket are cover by dusty and not clean with smell bad like didn't wash before. Staffs are lack of English.
