The minus point is that when I got the dorm bed, I found it not very neat and clean. Other beds have pillows and blankets neatly placed, but my bed is in a wrong position and blankets are spread like this bed of other guests already checked out but staffs forgot to clean up, there are a few small items on the bed. for example, paper crumbs (probably from the previous guest), in addition to a newly ragged blanket that has just been used, there's another blanket folded neatly to the end of the bed. This is probably not the general situation but because of my bad luck, if I told the mistress, she would handle it enthusiastically but I was too late and tired so I did not tell her anymore. Monday was the night before I checked out I said I was going to check out tomorrow, but when 6:30 am I checked out, he was there to find the passport and said that the lady who took me at 7:30 to get it. I'm disappointed because his attitude is so indifferent as if it doesn't relate to him depending on what he wants to do while I have to go. Then I told him to ask her to ask me for her, but I had to go to the airport now before I called, and when he called, he mentioned the "Vietnamese passport" to me a second time. . The third small minus is the baby's first floor bathroom and looking straight out, so when going to the bathroom or wearing sleepwear to go to the toilet is very uncomfortable and not very comfortable, the bathroom slippers are the most slippery slippers In all types of slippers, I chose to go barefoot to avoid falling. Most of the minus points above do not mean to emphasize the cleanliness (because the hostel is generally nice and clean) and the attitude of the staffs (because the staffs are generally enthusiastic) but mainly about the hostel operation team. It must be a very professional team, so there will be times when dealing with situations that are not reasonable enough and satisfied customers. Overall, I was still satisfied with the hostel and if asked by my friends at this hostel, I would say ok and rate 7/10. But I still hope that the hostel will improve the professionalism, the better.
