Originally booked this hotel due to close proximity to pediatric hospital. My son had a fever the night before we left for the USA and so we needed to get quick access to the hospital if the fever worsened. We checked in at 2300. The front desk still had 2 workers there and there was two bell staff. They unloaded our luggage from the taxi and brought the luggage to our room. It was a very quick check in process and they got us to our room within 5 minutes.
Within the hour of checking in, our son's fever worsened. One of the male hotel bell person walked us to the hospital. Upon getting to the hospital gate which was about a 2 minute walk, we noticed the gate was locked. The bell person was able to ask the people around the locked gate and he found out the entrance was at gate 5. He even offered to booked us a grab.
My son got discharged from the hospital around 0130. My brother and I decided to walk the streets around 0230.Most businesses were closed but there were still plenty of restaurants opened. It was near "Japan Town" and so most of the food was Japanese. We ordered food from a Japanese restaurant that was opened 24/7.
We returned to the room and ate. Room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. Mattress was very comfortable. My brother was able to sleep on their couch.
Fast forward to the next day, I asked the front desk about late checkout. The female staff at the desk allowed us to check out at 1400. Thank you S. Sil for your great hospitality.

The room was quite compact but comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Good location for what we wanted with plenty to see and do within walking distance or a short ride in a Grab or Taxi. We used the Grab app which was very easy and convenient.

Amazing stay. It was clean and the staff were very friendly staff, especially Han, An and Anthony. If back in Ho Chi Minh, will definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at a Silverland Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. I decided to try a second Silverland hotel, within the same neighborhood. I was immediately upgraded, unexpectedly. It was a nice gift! the room was very spacious and very clean, as well as the entire hotel. The restaurant is beautiful, along with the lobby as well. The best part of the entire trip was the staff and the service. The service is genuine, very professional and super on point. Some of the best service I have ever had. I loved them all! They made my trip! Thank you again everyone!

Some staff could do better with their customer service skills especially if they are front of house. Anthony in particular was terrible, no warmth no awareness and couldn't even book me a taxi from the airport.

I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. The rooms are as pictured, smallish, but well appointed and have everything required including really good aircon. The little bar is cute and afternoon tea is a great bonus.
The staff here are amazing. After having an accident nearby on my first morning, the staff went above and beyond getting me to an English speaking medical centre and hospital, making sure that I was ok and taking extra care of me once I got back.
I wish I knew everyone's names, but thanks to An, Trung (John), Tony, the wonderful female manager, and everyone else.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Silverland Sil Hotel. We stayed there for 7 and a half nights. It was a really comfortable stay with good amenities for guests. The complimentary afternoon tea was delightful.
The hotel is situated close to little Japan with lends itself with plenty of dining options. It's also generally quite close to typical landmarks but on a hot day and if you cannot be bothered to walk taking Grabs is extremely easy and affordable.
The staff were also so lovely! We enjoyed talking to An the doorman, and Han and Anthony from reception. They made the experience so lovely.
My only negative feedback is I tried to get a foot massage from the spa and the therapist was really cranky. I didn't bother to get further treatments after that.
We will definitely stay at a Silverland Hotel again in the future.

Jeg hadde nylig et opphold på hotellet, og mens det var mange positive aspekter, var frokosttiden en liten ulempe for meg. Frokosten ble servert fra 05.30 til 09.30, og jeg syntes det var litt for tidlig, spesielt på en helg. Det føltes stressende å måtte stå opp tidlig for å rekke frokosten.
I tillegg ble vi vekket kl. 08.00 på søndag av hotellets personale som ønsket å hente klær til vaskeri. Dette var litt ubeleilig, da det var tidlig på dagen, og vi ikke hadde ventet å bli forstyrret på den tiden. Det kunne vært mer hensynsfullt om dette ble varslet på forhånd eller utført på et senere tidspunkt.
