The hotel has beautiful interior and staffs are very accommodating. It is clean and quiet. The lightings in the room are perfectly bright.

Đúng chuẩn khách sạn 5 sao, verry good. Nhưng spa về tay nghề chưa thể đáp ứng đủ mong đợi của mình, tuy vậy nhưng các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Gần chợ và các địa điểm ăn uống

Khách sạn có view rất đẹp (nên chọn view sông), vị trí rất tiện gần các điểm tham quan trong thành phố, gần bãi tắm Bảo Ninh (ok hơn Nhật Lệ). Đồ ăn ít món, không ngon lắm so với các Melia khác cùng hệ thống, đồ đạc cũng bình dân hơn, dọn phòng không sạch lắm. Được dịch vụ bể bơi và sauna khá ổn. Nhân viên vui vẻ, thân thiện, cho mình nhận phòng cực sớm do mình đi tàu nên 9h đã tới, 11h được nhận phòng. Có thể hỏi nhân viên chỗ thuê xe máy giá rẻ, xe ok.

- việc tiếp đón: nhà mình tự đi xe từ hn, xe xuống sảnh nhưng không thấy ai đón. Chắc có vẻ bận đẩy đồ cho khách trước. Sau đó thì cũng có anh lễ tân vận chuyển đồ đạc lên phòng giúp cho. Hướng dẫn rất tận tình. Thái độ phục vụ good. - phòng ngủ (thực tế như ảnh luôn nhé): mình chọn view river: đẹp đỉnh luôn. Ban ngày chill, hay tối lên đèn rất đẹp. Mọi người nên chọn view river nhé. Phòng ngủ khá sạch sẽ. Nhưng giường lắm gối quá. Đệm hơi cao, nằm hơi đau lưng, hơi khó chịu. Mình ở tầng 18. Cực kì cực kì ồn. Cách âm kém quá. Nghe như tiếng gõ búa rầm rầm trên đầu luôn. Nên bọn mình bị mất ngủ. Khó chịu lắm. Đây là vấn đề mình khó chịu nhất khi ở đây. - phòng tắm: đầy đủ đồ. Sữa tắm, dầu gội thơm lắm. Nhưng bàn chỗ bồn rửa mặt vẫn bị ố vàng, trong kính chỗ buồng tắm phía chân trông có vẻ hơi bẩn). Khách sạn 5* nên cải thiện. tóm lại là view đẹp, sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình. khách sạn ở vị trí ngay bờ sông & gần chợ, trung tâm thương mại - mọi thứ rất thuận tiện. Nhân viên thân thiện & nhiệt tình. Phòng rất sạch sẽ, tiện nghi. Lần đầu tiên tôi thấy chiếc giường rộng như vậy. Bề ngang của giường ~ 2,5m 😀. Đây là lần thứ 2 tôi ở khách sạn này. khách sạn có tặng tôi phần bánh và trái cây để Welcome back 🥰🤪

Mọi thứ đều ổn trừ vị trí. Khách sạn ở quá xa bãi biển và trung tâm ăn uống hải sản. Mỗi lần đi tắm, đi ăn, đi dạo phố biển đều phải gọi xe taxi/điện trung bình 70k/lượt

From 13/02 till 17/02 total we have booking 12 rooms in this five star hotel. Because our itinerary has changed, we want cancel one room on 17/02. But the manager did not explain or express sorry after hearing this. It just told us strongly that if the payment has been made, there is no refund! The manager's attitude quite unreasonable! I also want to say that as a 5 star hotel, it doesn't serve razors. We booked view rooms. But the glass was stained a lot, which was pretty bad. Worse is breakfast, not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel at all. Except simple porridge, fried rice, noodles, salad, you have no other choice. So bad experience in Vinpearl!
