Full refund for trip cancellation
The Insurer will cover for the non-refundable value from Train Provider.

Terms and Conditions:
  • Eligible for Indonesian citizens or foreigners who hold a valid identification document, such as KTP, KITAS, KITAP, passport, long-term visit pass, or other similar documents.
  • Insured Person must be between 3 months – 86 years old.
  • Coverage shall commence from the date and time the policy is issued and conclude either one hour before the insured starts his/her trip or at the expiration date of the policy, whichever occurs earlier.
  • Once your booking is complete, the insurance policy will be sent to your email.
  • Cancellation should be made no later than 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure to the train provider.
  • If you have received cancellation confirmation from the train provider, proceed to file an insurance claim to Qoala Insurtech
  • The insurance will compensate for the non-refundable value by the train provider, subject to the conditions mentioned in this page
  • Maximum replacement value is 25% of the ticket price, for the non-refundable value from the train provider.
  • Insurance purchase is non-refundable.
  • Refunds for claims will be processed to a bank account registered in Indonesia.
  • The travel date is non-reschedulable. You should inform any updates or changes in your policy details (e.g., changes to the travel date due to a rescheduling, wrong input on personal data, etc.) to the Insurance Provider. Failure to update to the latest details will cause your policy to be deemed invalid when you need to make a claim. To do so, contact the Insurance Provider directly to request Policy Endorsement.
  • Your claim must be submitted maximum of 7 days after the date of submitting refund to the train provider
