2. On your My Points page, redeem Traveloka Points for Pesta Poin Traveloka and swipe to reveal your lucky draw token code. You may redeem your Points as many times as you wish for more chances to win!
3. Visit www.bestdealera.com/traveloka and complete this page by entering your lucky draw token codes and filling out your personal information. Then, select a mystery box to reveal whether you have won one of thousands of shopping vouchers from Erafone.com! Each token code is valid for one chance to open a box.
4. Retain all your lucky draw token codes, as they are all also eligible for the chance to win our grand prizes, which will be drawn on March 14, 2019.

• Participants must be logged in to their Traveloka account and redeem Traveloka Points to generate a lucky draw token code. This code is needed to open a mystery box on www.bestdealera.com/traveloka and to be eligible for the grand prize drawing.
• One lucky draw token code is valid for opening a mystery box one time, and represents one entry in the grand prize drawing.
• By opening a mystery box, participants have the chance to win immediate prizes consisting of shopping vouchers from Erafone.com worth Rp50.000, Rp100.000, and Rp200.000.
• Only after lucky draw token codes have been used to open a mystery box will participants be automatically entered into the grand prize drawing and get the chance to win one of the following prize items at the end of the program: GoPro HERO7 White, DJI Osmo Mobile 2, or Xiaomi Trolley 90 Points Suitcase.

What do I do after I’ve redeemed my Traveloka Points to get a lucky draw token code?
You can use this code immediately after redemption to find out whether you have won one of thousands of Erafone.com vouchers up for grabs. Simply head to www.bestdealera.com/traveloka, complete the form, and open one of the mystery boxes. Your lucky draw token code is also automatically entered into the drawing for our grand prizes, which will take place at the end of the program.

Where do I find my lucky draw token code?
Within the Traveloka App, you can find your token code in your My Points page under “My Coupons” or “Coupon History”.

If I have multiple lucky draw token codes, how do I complete the form on www.bestdealera.com/traveloka to open the mystery boxes?
Please input one code per submission. If you have more than one code, repeat this process so that you can open another mystery box.

Why did I get an error message that says “Token not valid” after inputting my codes on Erafone’s website?
Make sure you have pasted your unique token codes one by one. For example, if you redeemed your Points for three token codes, and those codes are: ABC01-DEF02-GHI03, please input ABC01 first, submit the form, return to the initial page, input DEF02, submit again, and so forth.

How do I know if I’ve won one of the Erafone.com vouchers?
After redeeming your Traveloka Points, input the lucky draw token code generated from your redemption at www.bestdealera.com/traveloka, then select one of the mystery boxes to reveal if you’ve won a voucher.

Where can I use the vouchers I have won?
Vouchers are valid for shopping on Erafone.com, according to each voucher’s stated Terms and Conditions.

If I did not win an Erafone.com voucher, will I still be eligible for the grand prize drawing?
Yes! Once lucky draw token codes have been used to open a mystery box—regardless of whether you won an Erafone.com voucher—are still eligible for the grand prize drawing at the end of the program.

How do I know whether I’ve won one of the grand prizes?

Is it possible for me to receive more than one grand prize?
If you won an Erafone.com voucher when opening a mystery box, you may also win one of the grand prizes. However, one winner can only receive one of the three grand prize items.

I don’t like the prize I’ve received. Can I exchange it or receive it in the form of cash?
