Gunung Harta Solutions Terms & Conditions

1. Children sitting on the parent's lap can ride the bus for free. However, children must buy a full price ticket if they need an individual seat.

2. Maximum baggage is 15 kg.

3. Passengers are advised to put their belongings in a safe storage.

4. Passengers are advised to check their belongings upon arrival.

5. Passengers are solely responsible for their belongings and Gunung Harta will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal items.

6. Animals are not allowed in the bus.

7. Passengers are advised not to disturb other passengers.

8. Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.

9. Passengers on the Denpasar – Semarang route will be transferred to a shuttle in Salatiga to continue the trip to their destination. No additional fee will be charged for this transfer.

10. If the bus experiences mechanical failure or gets canceled, passengers will be transferred to another available bus. Otherwise, passengers can also ask for a refund.

11. Gunung Harta will not provide any compensation for accidents, but will submit a claim to Jasa Raharja.

2. Bring your official identification document (KTP/SIM) and Traveloka e-ticket when canceling your ticket booking.

3. Cancellation can only be done at the latest 24 hours before departure time.

4. Refund amount is 75% of the ticket price.

5. Collect your refund at the Gunung Harta agent office at your departure point.

2. Reschedule can only be done at the latest 1 day before departure time.

4. You may need to pay an extra charge, which must be done directly at the Gunung Harta agent office at your departure point.

5. Get your new ticket at the Gunung Harta head office.
