Clean and quiet. Close to lots!

Very pleasant hotel, friendly staff and a great location.

The location was really good! Breakfast was also very nice. A very clean place. Staff were very helpful. The only drawback was the arrangement of the bathroom as we were 3 people and the bathroom area was quite open (except the actual toilet which was so small as to be somewhat claustrophobic) so challenging for drying off and dressing in privacy. A door would have been good.

Very friendly staff. Good selections for breakfast. Metro and tour buses, within 3 mins walk. Lots of eating places and its in a very safe location. Highly recommended, and will stay here again.

Room sleeping arrangements fit parents and two siblings very comfortably! Hotel staff are very friendly. Bathroom clean.

Hotel was close to everything - shopping, restaurants and tour buses. Check in was easy and fast. Free breakfast was great. They were not able to arrange pickup from port on short notice but we made it. They were able to arrange transport to airport at check out and let us stay in the room for a couple extra hours.

A basic hotel which has everything required for a short stay in Athens.. Close to shops and restaurants in Plaka. Room was spacious and clean-

It was a great 2nd stay, all the staff are friendly. The location is great for sightseeing dining and getting local transport. Our Junior Suite was great for our needs bed was comfortable and the shower was large. We will return, thank you

Great value hotel, centrally located just off Syntagma Square. Breakfast was good each morning, staff very friendly, room large and very clean.

Our room was on the first floor and there is a nightclub just below on the street. You feel like you are in the nightclub, in fact my husband asked if the windows were open. Other than that all was ok and hotel was clean.

The property is in a crowded neighborhood, and the window faces some ruined buildings (more like a dumpster). So, keeping shades closed is better than the view (no exaggeration intended). No amenities in room (no water heater, etc). Breakfast was below average on the verge of poor. Coffee was so bad that we went out to get coffee. Overall, not worth the money paid and I'm not happy with how I trusted the "excellent" rating of this hotel on hotels.com and booked it. Shouldn't be trusting reviews I guess?

Amazing hotel. Great customer service. Breakfast was awesome. Great location. Many restaurants, sights and shops very close to hotel

The location is great. The property is nicely renovated. However, we had very noticeable bed bugs in both rooms. We did not have to search for them. Easily taking pictures and videos of them. My daughter and I were bitten all over our body by these bugs. Property manager took note of this issue and hope will be solved.

Clean and nice

I loved the room, they kindly upgraded my room and it was very clean, very comfortable, and I enjoyed the balcony a lot.
