We really enjoyed our stay here! The location by the river is absolutely beautiful, such a peaceful and scenic spot. The restaurant was fantastic too, delicious food and great atmosphere. We did run into a couple of small issues, like clogged sinks and tubs when we first checked in. Thankfully, maintenance responded quickly, though it would’ve been nice if that had been taken care of before our arrival. We also found ourselves having to request extra towels, coffee, and similar items more often than expected, maybe just a little short on supplies. One thing that caught us off guard was the swim classes happening in the pool on certain days. It’s not something we’ve experienced at a hotel before, so it was a bit unusual. Overall though, we had a great time and really appreciated the lovely setting and friendly service!

The Riverhouse Lodge is a outstanding resort especially for the rooms that are on the river with outdoor fire pits. Highly Recommend!

Comfortable room for our one night stay with 4 adults. Would stay again!

This was a very pleasant surprise for us, the Riverhouse being much nicer than our normal motels and getting a free upgrade. The room was spacious and very nicely appointed. There was a patio with a fire table that we spent hours on right next to the river. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be better.

I have been staying at the river house for well over 10+ years and religiously the last eight. I come into town for business and have enjoyed my stays. However, when I arrived tonight, I found out that due to a maintenance error, I didn’t have a room. it also was 1am in the morning. they sent me to another hotel which they said they booked me a room at however they wouldn’t answer their phone and the doors were locked. I went back to the River house and after about 15 minutes or so they found me a room downtown that was much more expensive than the one I originally booked and not in the area that I prefer But considering it’s now 2:15 in the morning, I’m happy to have a place to sleep. I’m not sure if they gave away my room thinking that I wasn’t going to be arriving however it was super disappointing.

Everything was great but the room was not available on time. We had to wait ovet 1 hour for our room to be ready.

Literally so beautiful and clean. We overlooked the river and could hear it which was spectacular. The rooms are very clean. The restaurant was a little pricey but delicious.
