Shower wasn’t cleaned properly, room smelled like smoke

The hotel was very clean. The room was clean what made the experience so enjoyable is that the gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name is Rolando. He was professional, courteous and has excellent conversational skills. Enjoyable to talk to and very helpful across the board. Thank you

It was very nasty it was a roach in my room,the walls had some sort of stains on the,the bathroom looked like it was blood on the floor they swith me rokms because the bathroom door was broke and the shower was nasy,it was a very bad experience,it wasn't enough breakfast to eat

Out dated and Dirty - we were put in a room that smelled and looked like no one had stayed in it since 1975. Not a great experience - probably wouldn’t stay at another “sleep in “

They refused to let me rent the room due to my debit card being in my maiden name and my ID is in my married last name

Property amenities not as advertised, staff on and off the clock gathered in lobby areas not enthusiastic to assist customers, breakfast station not properly attended or clean, and cleanliness of rooms barely above par. Swimming pool filled with branches, 2x4 wood, and trash. Bedroom had trash under bed and on bathroom floor. Worst hotel experience with hotel staff and third party Expedia customer service.

Room was nice and quiet. Enjoyed My stay would recommend this hotel. Priced reasonable.

The place is ran down the web page is NOT what is all about the pool is no longer working ther is no weight or exercise room that dose not exist and as far as pillow top mattress WELL that is everyone own options the carpet was dirty and rolling up like i said beware it dose NOT look like the website at all !

We were terribly upset when we found out that the pool was closed after seeing online that there was an outdoor pool. That’s the only reason we were staying here. And was not informed ahead of arriving that there was a $65 fee per room at check in.
