It was an easy walk to Wrigley and there are great bars and restaurants around.

The hotel is charming and everything was clean and orderly, though the building shows signs of its age and lack of standard upkeep as the paint on the gains railing for the stairs was worn down to the wood the carpets seemed dated and in need of being replaced.

Location is great and parking was easy.

Neighborhood gem

Cozy accommodations and friendly staff. The refurbished rooms were clean and comfortable. The close proximity to Wrigley, restaurants and theaters was great. Didn’t find out about the complementary wine bottle at check-in so missed out on that. Would return gladly.

Rooms had a musty, old smell to them. Pictures on the website paint a brighter, cleaner look than the actual feel. Free coffee and cheap items in the room fridge were definitely a positive. Location is amazing and felt very safe the whole time. Really close to the LS Trail and Wrigley. Note during the summer time - use the room fan and don't try to rely on the AC window unit. The one eco-friendly option was the optional turndown service which is the biggest impact you'll have, but most everything was one time use or plastic. Good place to stay if you're meant to just sleep and not to spend too much time relaxing in your room.

Ants were in the room with us. We found them crawling on the bed at night.

All of the staff were helpful and accommodating. I felt welcomed right from the beginning. The parking attendant was amazing and went above and beyond. This will be my first choice hotel for future trips to Wrigley!

Great

This is really a great place to stay if you’re in town for a game at Wrigley Field. Short 6-7 blocks away. The decor was vintage baseball right down to the bleacher seats right when you walk in. We will definitely stay here again the next time our KC Royals are in town!

We were in town for a Cub's game and picked this hotel for it's proximity to Wrigley Field. It was an easy walk and the area seemed safe. Small rooms with Queen size beds but it served it's purpose. Price was a bit high for what you got but it's all about location. No valet parking but there was a loading/unloading zone.

Love that is so close to the lake. Neighborhood is great and the parking garage in and out service was very convenient. Our room was nice but this is an old building so keep that in mind. The theme is baseball which was pretty cool.

Solid boutique hotel with accessible snacks, in-room dining and parking. However, upon walking in, it felt like “The Shining” and held an “attic” or “basement scent” — and felt stale. Elevators and interior could use upgrades.

The room was not as nice in person and the building showed a lot of wear and tear. Bathroom towels were stained, bathtub had chipped paint, and the overall cleanliness of the room could have been better. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and efficient. The location was good. Room did not meet expectations at price point (around $800 for 3 nights).
