Amazing location on Collin’s Ave. very walkable with wonderful restaurant options. The hotel is retro, but old. Rooms small and the bathrooms updated and nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Shepley South Beach. The hotel has a cool, stylish vibe and is in a super convenient location—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurant options. My room was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for one person. Perfect spot for a solo trip or anyone looking to enjoy South Beach without the chaos. Would definitely stay again!

The property is uniquely built perfect to stay if you want to stay near the beach and staff was very polite and friendly Mr. Gus.

Everything was good! I would have liked to have access to American coffee throughout the day.

It's a little bit updated, perhaps that's the intention no complains. Nice vintage decor, little nice hotel, not else other than rooms and lobby. Great location. Self breakfast included good with fresh orange juice. I had a not welcoming gesture at check-in, I regretted having booked here at the time, anyway the rest of my stay was good so disappointment vanished. If you get a room on first floor, you'll hear every step from room above you.

Great staff, good location. Close enough to the action but far enough away to avoid the noise. Beach is super easy. Ask for a towel and chair.

Small and cozy hotel. Staffs were very polite and humble, continental breakfast was good. Locations good too, walking distant to beach. However the building seems very old and rooms not very spacious as shown in the pictures.
