Great location, clean. Met all our standards

It was a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet selection was good with custom orders available. Their dinner also was pretty good. Large portions though. The room was soacious and clean, the only limitation was the shelving and storage space. There is no dresser, and the storage space at the entrance is really limited. For a few day stay i had to keep my clothes in the suitcase. Location was good, I walked to all main attractions

Terrible place. Bad food. Bad room. AC doesn't work. Paid 1000 pounds for 3 days. Terrible experience.

Decent hotel for business trip

Excellent stay, great location, staff were great

The staff is excellent - Rae, at the front desk could not have been more helpful and kind. My family and I were thrilled with the welcome we received, by Rae and Mike; and we were very pleased with the assistance they provided. And all staff were friendly, courteous, and professional! I intend to contact the manager to repeat this review directly. Also, great location.

Clean comfortable and friendly staff

Good hotel close to the centre of town. No frills but helpful staff, clean and overall a good stay.

House keeping was very poor - room was not cleaned, utensils were left uncleaned. And, the telephone was not working. In spite of making request to fix the problem four times, the telephone was not fixed.
