Nice stay.

The room was very clean and had comfortable beds

This hotel was great. The only improvement there could have been was to turn up the temp on the hot tub, it was not very warm. But the room was great and the staff was very nice!

The facilities were nice and the staff was phenomenally kind. Sad that the pool was closed because it seemed really nice!

We booked this hotel at the halfway point of our 12 hour road trip because of the beautiful pool and convenient location. 15 minutes before our arrival I received a call saying the pool was closed and they would offer a full refund. Unfortunately there were no other hotels I could find near us so we had no choice to stay. The room was run down, chipped and dirty paint thought out the room. The wood headboards had greasy head and back marks from the previous guests. And the bathroom wall at the base of the toilet was stained yellow from urine.

Great stay

We only stopped for one night driving through. I should have called to make sure that the pool was working as we discovered upon arrival That the heater wasn’t working. Otherwise a good experience.

The location felt safe. Breakfast was fine too. I would have liked a few muffin options but overall it was good Our room rug had major snags, maybe the cleaning staff could at least cut all the rug strings so it looked better. Management may want to put a sheer curtain on a spring rod in the first window for the front desk. The sweet girl checking us out had the glare of the sun in her face making her have to squint. It would make it easier for the front desk staff Overall we would stay here again. Thank you

Only thing we liked is it is close to family when we come visit. But pool was terribly cold. Hot tub didn’t work. Breakfast was terrible!!! Wife got food poisoning from the yogurt. And we know it was the yogurt cause that was the only thing she ate hour later she was vomiting stomach cramps and diarrhea.

Nice quiet, large comfortable room and mattress. 10 months ago we raved about the breakfast in our review. Today, the breakfast was a very unappetizing. The scrambled eggs looked Military MRE's and the lid over the eggs was clearly marked "vegan", whatever that means. The sausages were also not good and neither looked attractive or were particularly hot. The rest of the meal was so so. Hopefully when we return in April we can write a better review.

We received a call hours before check in saying there was no hot water and that a 30% discount would be applied by Expedia and I have not received a discount

There was no hot water for two days and the hotel agreed to give us a 30% discount for those two nights, but they said we had to let you know and then they would refund the money

Nice

The room and beds were very nice and had everything we needed for the evening. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower worked fine. The air conditioner was very noisy and cut on and off and we finally just turned it off since we couldn’t sleep with that sound. The next morning the garbage was picked up before 5am and made a huge booming sound which woke us up. The breakfast was very nice and we were one of the first ones to arrive at 6 am.
