They advertise heated pool and hot tub. The pool was not heated (or it is and they just didn't have it turned on)and the hot tub was out of service and gross. They did not have any pool towels in the pool area so it was a good thing we had extra towels tjat we brought. The ice machines were down. All of them. We had to walk across the parking lot to the next motel to get ice. Bed was comfy. We chose to stay there for the pool and hot tub. So, that was disappointing. The room was clean but did not smell clean. The telephones were disgusting, the one on the desk looked like it had a years worth of dust on the cord. AC works GREAT! We like to sleep cold so that was a bonus. Linens were good, bath towels and washcloths were good. We liked the set up of the room. Overall its was a good average experience.

Wayne, at the desk was friendly and helpful. Properly pretty ran down. Hallways were muggy and no air. Bathrooms were in need of TLC. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Would not choose to stay again.

The first room we went into the bathtub had peeling paint and I have a daughter who has pika and will literally put everything in her mouth and the couch bed had a huge stain went to the front desk and she allowed me to go into three other rooms who had the same exact problem. Try to get a refund from hotels and was told there was nothing that they could do. This place was absolutely disgusting and will never be staying there again.

Still under renovation... no ice machine!

My son had to sleep on the couch instead of the pull out bed. There were large pee stains and no sheets. Woke up to bugs. Mattresses are thin and noisy. It was either a sauna or freezing. No in between. Once we say the bugs we were out. Left hours before we had planned.

After verification the hotel clerk gave our reserved room to someone who was already staying there because the other person had a TV that was not working.The room we had booked room weather last available

Everything was pretty good. I would stay there again. The breakfast was horrible though.

The hotel was acceptable but not outstanding. It was fine for a quick night stay but the property could use renovations to areas that are showing mold and cracks. The breakfast wasn’t filled with many choices and there wasn’t any juice or water for my kids, only coffee. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it was the only option in our price range.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The absolute worst front desk person we have ever come across in all of hotel stays in history. First, it's false advertising when they say they have a hot tub, then you get there and get told it's been broken for a few months. Then you get told that no one under 18 can swim in the pool without supervision so when you say one of the kids is 18 and the other is 17 so they're good to go then you get told that they still need an adult because the rules are posted on the wall, which only says children must be accompanied. Then when you call this person out on the wall thing they say they are calling the cops, which they do and when the cops show up we get told we have to leave. All this after we have paid for the room. Then they would not give us a refund so we were out $115. This front desk woman should not be in a position of customer service and this hotel should be put out of business. Not joking.

Clean

The place was just bad. Dirty, paint pealing and more. I would not go there again.

We had to check in at the hotel next door ice machines were not working which again had to go next door for. Elevator hallways and stair case wasn’t the best kept. Room was decent at best. Overall average stay would stay again to say the least

The property is very out dated. The walls need repaired and painted. The toilet was sluggish and the tank lid was for a different model and didn’t fit. It There was hair in the hotel room and it smelled like urine. Upon entry no one was working the lobby of the hotel and had to check into sister motel. Not worth the price paid to stay here.

There was lots of mold in the room. The breakfast was mostly cold and there was mold on the pancakes. It was so gross.

G The pics looks great but the property needs a lot of paint, carpets cleaned. Drywall patches. Bathroom in 310 needs gutting. Toilet flushes weird. Caulk around shower is terrible, the tub is so old it has a stopper that isn’t connected . I’ll never stay here again. I had no idea I could have commented with photos or would have done so

Hotel was old in need of repairs overall cleanness was very poor. When entering the room had the smell of weed. Check in reception man was very nice and polite.

The room was very nice and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good also.

Bathroom shower rod was broken, shower control fell off while turning it, phone in room didn’t work at all, stain of bed comforter, brownish stains on curtain, sheets scratchy, patches all over walls and big stain on ceiling, and enamel peeling off tub.

Economical stay with a decent breakfast. The market place shelves and cooler were empty by the time we arrived and not restocked by 8:00 the next morning which was not very welcoming.
