I liked the property and walking path over the road to the restaurant and to the waterfront. I did not like the procedure to charge $15 tor check in at 3:30. We did not pay the fee and went to lunch and then checked in.

I was disappointed in house keeping, i asked twice to clean the bathroom, very dirty, toilet, sink and pretty sure bedding didnt get changed. I always stay at Harrahs when in town....very unhappy

Rooms were show wear. Lights were hit or miss as if they worked. Bathroom lighting needs fixing for my room. I cannot speak for the whole hotels bathrooms.

This hotel was filthy. Rooms were nasty not clean and smells bad. Not worth the money not even if your stay was free. Ended up leaving to stay at the IP which was a very nice hotel for a LOT less. I wouldn’t recommend this location. I’ve stayed at several Harrahs and never had a room in such poor condition.
