when i arrived they gave me deluxe room (i booked a premium room), and when i asked the front liner, they said, "sorry, we just gave you deluxe room because the premium room is not ready, you can go to your premium room after 2pm" (i arrived around 1 pm, but they didn't give me that information at the first place. the other problem is, i paid for 3 nights and on my 2nd day, they called my room and said they only accepted the payment only for 1 night. i told them, i paid for 3 nights and i showed my bill to them. but they didn't trust me, and one of staff almost yelling to me like she said "hah". I Told them, " i think better, you call the agent first, after that you can ask me again". they just said okay (even, they didn't say sorry to me) tomorrow morning, i asked the other staff (this one is more polite, even he couldn't give me the right answer that time, he said he will check to the agent and will let me know when i came back. and when i came back he said all clear.
