Nice room but wish there was a microwave. Had to stay for 5 days and I had to use the microwave in the breakfast area downstairs to heat up my food. Breakfasts are pretty good with a few good options.

Overall the service was good and the staff friendly. The carpet in the hallways was a little worn. Cleaning the rooms everyday should be an option.

The bed at this hotel was the MOST uncomfortable thing I have ever slept in. It was like sleeping on concrete. I got no rest and actually debated moving to the floor. Awful. Would never go back. On the upside there was an actual person at the desk. I really don't like the businesses that have moved to virtual lobby attendants for check-in at night. I believe this is unsafe.

Room’s sheets and towels were extremely clean. Staff were really friendly and breakfast was nice.

All staff that I dealt with at this facility were top-notch… Helpful, courteous, and just plain old nice. However, strolling around the outside perimeter of the building, I found broken pallets and various garbage strewn about… The pool was very small and looked murky… The room walls are very thin and Noise is a problem… I had to be moved on my first night because the neighbors next-door were so loud… Room doors closing are horribly loud… Many construction workers staying in the hotel we’re constantly loitering outside in the parking lot drinking beer… Not at all a good look… next time I’m going to spend the money on a different hotel.

It is quiet and nice to relax and unwind with friends around.

The reviews I read were quite high but our experience was not as good. The AC in our room worked but not that great. We slept in the bed closer to the AC in order to be comfortable. Breakfast was ok. There were some hot and cold choices. The overall look of the hotel inside is that it needs remodeling. The room was small. Check in was slow due to the employee being trained to check people in. However, both young men were pleasant and willing to help us in the business center.
