No solo la atencion es excelente, el hotel es super comodo muy lindo el personal super atento en su totalidad al igual que el desayuno es muy rico y completo! 100% recomendable!

The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful with one exception. The room was nice and large, but lacked the amenities one would expect. I was not impressed with the surrounding area. But, it was a short walk to the cemetery and also to Santa Fe Avenue, which was very nice.

The area was close to key areas and shops. Staff friendly.

I am very allergic to air-fresheners and fragrances. I asked for no fragrance cleaning every day. Staff was very attentive and friendly BUT and there was a hint of fragrance (or more) in my room at all times. When I opened my luggage, it came back with the hotel's fragrance. Nice hotel and location but don't stay there if you are allergic to fragrances and fresheners.

Is a quiet place to stay. Helpful staff and a good breakfast.

The room was clean, large, and fairly quiet. The bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was exceptional. The hot tub and gym are less impressive, but overall this is a great place to stay.

Hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and shopping. Room was comfortable, shower pressure is great. Foreigners should get AC/heat instructions. Bring your own tissues. Breakfast is lovely, also buffet but not like the states. Good fruit, fresh scrambled eggs, meat not to my liking, sweets. We didn't have a car, Ubers are great. A nice stay.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The beds very comfortable. The staff incredibly helpful. All in all I would highly recommend it.

Great location in Recoleta, lots within walking distance. The room was big, and while not the most recent design, really nice and clean. Breakfast was good and available until quite late in the morning. Service was warm and felt personalized.
