Good hotel

All associates were courteous and helpful. The breakfast food was simple and delicious. I will stay at this location again if I have the opportunity.

The staff Casie was very nice and a very friendly face when we arrived.

Property is quiet and in a safe area.

The hotel lobby was very spacious and had lots comfortable seating. The pool area was clean, but jets on hot tub need fixed. We enjoyed our stay and location was close to family and many dining options.

The room was clean and comfortable. The night staff were not friendly or accomodating. The staff refused to provide me full size towels and instead eventually after asking multiple times provided me with small hand towels. If you are planning a stay at this hotel you will get a decent hotel room but no quality customer service, be advised. I would not go back to this hotel in the future because of the experience. I suggest the Holiday Inn Riverfront and Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown for quality customer service.

The room was clean and of good size but the bed my wife and I slept in was very poor. My wife and I had to sleep on the outer edge to keep from getting into the center which was completely broken. It was like sleeping in a cup.

Young lady in the cafe was very unfriendly!! Did not acknowledge me or other black guest when we went to get breakfast yet was very friendly and chatty with the white couple that arrived not long after! Only spoke when we spoke to her and had a blank unfriendly face!! On the way back through to the room I had to acknowledge the receptionist to even get a hello!! No one ever said hello how is your stay? Is everything okay with your room? A simple wave would have been better than nothing!! Although the Gardner was very sweet and held a great conversation I wouldn’t recommend to anyone of color!!

Updating the pool area would make this an even better place to stay. Staff was friendly, enjoyed the fire pit and lounge area.

Pool area needs some attention/upgrading

My room was handicapped but the toilet was standard which was hard to sit down on, it needed a high rise toilet. I didn't understand this in a handicap room.My sofa bed was a small round couch, it was not queen size as I was expecting. I also was mislead about breakfast. My understanding was there would be a free/continental breakfast.you had to buy it. Too many misleads.

Property and staff were fantastic, I felt extremely safe; they offered breakfast daily with a plethora of options, the bed and room were comfortable, I definitely recommend!

Had a real good stay ! Local bbq restaurants were really good !

The staff was amazing at check in super friendly! My room was amazing.. there was a soccer team staying and they ran the halls but not super late.. my stay was amazing!!!

Very nice, clean property. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was spacious. My only complaint was there were no USB charging ports located anywhere in the room.
