No air conditioning or fan. Elevator not working, no light in the hallway. Bad experience

OK, but not a tourist hotel...... this is a businessman's stop-over next to the motorway!

We were travelling home and booked the hotel from where we had spent our holidays. We just wanted a bed for a night and a breakfast - and we got that. The staff was very nice and helpful in many perspectives but the limits of the place didn't really leave them a chance to make this a very pleasant stay. Stay there if you just need a place with nice staff beside a quick french American Steak House. Don't stay there if you want a hidden gem.

Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Plutôt décevant pour un trois étoiles. Pas de climatisation et pas de ménage le week-end.

Très bruyant du fait de la proximité de l’autoroute Chambre réservée pour 2 , 1 seule serviette et une une seule pour les mains Pas d’oreillers supplémentaire, matelas très mou et tv miniature

Velux qui fermait mal à l'étage. Le fait de ne pas avoir de climatisation mais je n'avais lu avant de réserver. Rideaux trop court pour couvrir toute la fenêtre et vieux. Salle de bain ok.

Hôtel non climatisé ! Près d’une route donc très bruyant ….

Room heaters very weak, almost zero. I have very good tolerance with cold, but when it's -3°C outside and the heaters almost don't work, no matter what, you'll at least hope there's hot water in the night? But no! Even hot water is not available at night, it seems to be only in the mornings. I was shivering and freezing and slept with loads of layers after hours of trying to fall asleep in the cold. Barely got in 4 hours of sleep, then went for breakfast (I had already paid for it). Half the fruits were stale, the eggs boiler was connected but even after trying 2 times of 10 min and with assistance of the staff, the eggs never boiled. I just left the hotel without proper breakfast as I did not want to be late for my business meetings, deciding I'll never ever return to this establishment again. The staff was professional, but the hotel needs serious maintenance and 24 hours assistance as bare minimum. Please avoid

Séjour type travail, trop chaud dans l'hôtel et pas de Climatisation , un ventilateur en prêt était vraiment Génial.

Bon équipement dans la chambre avec bouteille d'eau et plateau thé café. restaurant la porte à côté de l'accueil (La Boucherie), petit bémol sur chambre côté autoroute où on entend la circulation malgré le double vitrage dans la journée, moins le soir avec le volet fermé et la circulation moindre. Bonne connexion wi-fi

Acceuil du personnel de nuit en pijama : inadmissible du jamais vu manque de professionnalisme Chambre non chauffée Réclamation d'un chauffage d'appoint, le personnel nous reponds qu'il y a des plaides a disposition : sans commentaire Et que dire lors de la demande de changement de chambres madame toque au chambres voisine pour voir la disponibilité a 23h au lieu de vérifié sur l'interface
