Clean and the staff are helpful.

The room is as described, especially the breakfast is very delicious and the service staff is very friendly. Will visit again if there is a chance.

Đợt này mình ghé hotel có hơi không được hài lòng chút về khoản check in. 2h checkin mà mãi hơn 3h mình mới được check. Trong khi mình đi khám bịnh cả ngày rất mệt. Với cả máy nóng lạnh không điều chỉnh được. Dùng bên lạnh mà nước vẫn nóng.

The staffs are great. As a foreigner staying at their hotel, I feel safe. That Staffs also gave me tips on how not to be scammed. The room is comfortable and the hotel itself is a walking distance to a mart and grocery store.

Typical Vietnamese Hotel problems, all new renovated but very poor sound proofing, can hear your neighbors on the toilet, talking and watch TV. Every time someone walking in front of your room you will wake up. You can hear the Hotel music from the corridor, all day and night long in your room, why there needs to be Hotel music in front of anyone's Room, it's ok in the Lobby but not where people sleeping. No night curtain, room is not getting dark and people can see inside your room. Exhaust fan in Bathroom not working. Housekeeping very noisy, screaming around. Sunday morning at 7.00 construction work started in the Hotel. The Dog on the Roof top is barking all day and night long. Newly renovated but poorly executed work, poor craftsmanship. It's a pity to see such poorly executed work all over Saigon's new hotels. Is there nobody checking any of the work the craftsman delivering or simply nobody cares or has the knowledge to check it?

Right center, reasonable price, relatively nice room

I have enjoyed my stay at the hotel and thanks a lot for Bảo (Receptionist) who provided very friendly service, was supportive and available all the time. Definitelt will come back for next trip

Perfect stay in this hotel. Situated in city center with many shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful, also at the breakfast which was excellent with many varieties.

Worst female receptionist on the planet! Not polite and unreasonably charged, paid on room for 2 people still extra 10usd. Charges include breakfast for 2 persons. And yet, two people are still charged for one more person, the lack of culture makes the customer stress and stress! Put your hands up
