Right on the River! Lots of activities within walking distance!

My stay was very comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

The riverfront view and the facilities were lovely. The hotel was very clean, and the appointments were so inviting. We enjoyed the pool and delicious breakfast. It was such a fun spring break visit!

Great property to stay at on the waterfront.

Some of the front desk staff was amazing, others were not so helpful at all. I asked for a late check-out when I checked-in and was told that I couldn't request until the morning that we were checking out. That seemed odd to me. Asked again the next day (we stayed 2 nights) and was told again that I had to request it the morning I was checking out. So I went down first thing in the morning and the lady (very nice) told me that they could only extend it by 1 hour because they had too many requests and that I should have requested it sooner. I told her that I tried to and she seemed shocked that they told me that I needed to wait until Sunday morning. Bottom line - they need to have a better policy on requesting late check-outs. The hotel was clean and the breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the buffet stocked. The pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel. Overall, it was a decent stay. I was just irritated by the late checkout process and outcome.

Great place to stay.

We stayed here for the weekend since we had an event next door at the convention center. (Huge plus it’s so close because convention center has minimal parking). The staff was exceptional, always polite and helpful. We used the pool while we were here which was great and there’s a large playground walking distance which the kids really enjoyed. The free breakfast is actual breakfast not just grab and go snacks which was helpful. We really didn’t need to drive anywhere the entire weekend.
