A beautiful hotel, with the most helpful and enthusiastic staff who made our stay a delight.

Ocean front,

The sea view, an absolute meditation.

The property was absolutely beautiful, in a great location, and the staff was amazing. My only complaint was that our room was tiny and we paid for "oceanfront view" and could see 90% the building next to us and 10% ocean view.

The glass holding the balcony on the first floor outlook the sea view from our room was loosened, someone could fall off the balcony if leaning onto it, mentioned to reception desk when checked out but looked like they’re more interested to occupied the room rather than customers safety, saw customer occupied the room after checked out without anyone fixing the glass problem

The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space. Bar and snack service was great! Beach directly in front of the hotel and a nice market right next door. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Beautiful view from the rooftop. I highly recommend!

We picked this hotel on the lark to discover we select the best one on the strand. Beautiful, clean, updated ocean front hotel. Hotel couldn’t have been more helpful. Great location. Nice breakfast. Can’t say enough good things about the place. Sara was awesome!

Liked: hotel very clean, staff very friendly & helpful. Local bus is only €2 per adult - which ai thought was fantastic. Hotel beong so close to the beach is a big bonus too Disliked: Me & Mum stayed in seperate rooms. Her room didn't have a mini fridge. Also the rooms didn't have a complimentary welcome pack. for the price I paid & given its a 4 star hotel, I was slightly diappointed this was absent. Apart from that small blip, everything else was great.

Everything was amazing, from the very friendly and helpful staff to the amenities. Right next to the beach, the strip is all walkable. However, definetly rent a car if you are planning on driving to other beaches. The hotel also gave us a gift for our honeymoon which was very sweet of them. The only issue we had was the A/C did not work. It was on the coldest temp and A/C air flow was on max. Yet, nothing. Aside from that issue, amazing hotel

Staff was very nice and even gave us a special gift to celebrate my partner and I’s anniversary which was a very nice touch. Hotel was great, and everyone was super friendly. Can’t wait to stay here again if we find ourselves coming back to Palma!

This is an exceptional hotel in a fantastic location with accommodating staff! Unbeatable views from both the pool and my balcony. The rooms have a brilliant open floor plan that make a weary traveler like me feel at home. I will definitely stay at Hotel Negresco again. Thank you for a most excellent vacation!
