No parking at property; and pick up and drop off very limited a 3 spots. Hotel has one ice machine on first floor, but no ice buckets and only one very slow elevator. No pool or spa. Low flow toilets take a couple flushes. This is an older building that was renovated, nice rain drop showers. Priced accordingly and very conveniently located adjacent to Miami Convention Center for easy access especially on the humid Florida days.

No overhead light, just small lamps, refrigerator and kitchen table in a bedroom instead of an open space being that it’s a 2 bedroom, very inconvenient for other guest

Went to Miami with my bestie and enjoyed the clean room and accommodating customer service. Took the stairs and the wall art is entertaining for each floor. Great sense of humor 😄

Great hotel with friendly staff. The staff cared about us and went above and beyond with our special requests. We had an excellent stay here and I highly recommend it.

This property was clean and well cared for. Our room was very nice. It is within four blocks of the beach, so centrally located for that. It is quite far from restaurants, especially inexpensive restaurants, but we all enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was amazing. Hotel staff was super nice and very informative of the surrounding area. Rooms were spacious and clean. 5-10 mins walking distance from the beach and several restaurants. We will definitely be back the next time we cruise out of Miami.

The really like the hotel is very quiet and very clean. There many options on dinning and the staff are very friendly and help fun. Very close to the beach and to other places

It was perfect for our group of 6. We didn't stay in the room much but It worked perfectly. Easy to walk everywhere.

I stay at this property every time I visit Miami. I love how close it is to walk to the beach, but also distant enough from the main attractions to gain peace.

Great location for shows at the convention center, easy walk to beach, nice to have small apt for longer stays.

The front desk staff was nice and the check in process was easy. The hallways smell bad but the room smell ok…the bathroom shower was disgusting I had to shower with crocs on we were only here for 1 night

Very clean and nicely updated for the obvious age of the property. The staff were very hospitable and made it a great stay! Very convenient to the convention center and only blocks away from great dining, convenience stores, and the beach. Would definitely stay again!
