Friendly and enthusiastic staff

This area is spacious and comfortable when traveling by car, beautiful scenery because it is located next to the river. Open the window for fresh and cool air. Soundproofing is not good.

The biggest plus is the extremely cute and enthusiastic staff. The room is a bit old, the soundproofing is a bit poor, late at night the guests talk a bit loudly and I was startled several times. The best thing is the extremely delicate bathroom (in my personal opinion).

The hotel is too run down (suite room). Dirty carpet, musty smell, splashing shower, broken air conditioner at night, took more than an hour to fix. The staffs are cute but their professionalism is still poor. Bad breakfast. Nice view is the only good point.

No security for packing and no bellman as well. Towel was old but it’s not been replaced. Breakfast is poor. It’s not worth about 4 stars hotel. Just under 3star

2 guests but want to get a big bed but the hotel requires 200k extra for new exchange while similar star hotels never have that case. Room is clean but small compared to the standard of 4 stars
