Hotel clean, many parking, sure repeat again.

I like to stay here because it now too close to the city center and got many parking space. also the tuk tuk is just outside the hotel.

When we first step in the hotel lobby. It's awesome the design the front desk crew Everything is ok until we reach our room Its old and the smell like old furniture. Room is very dark obviously the light is not enough to support or bright up the room. As some people mentioned its noisy at late night I'm ok to it. Overall I only give 5/10 to this hotel

Everything is great. Tuk tuk is always ready right in front of the hotel. City center is in walking distance as well as easy access to food store. The only con is the water heater not enough hot in the morning sometimes.

Come to Hat Yai, will stay here almost every time, clean, convenient, safe, not far from the central commercial district of Hat Yai Ample parking

Manage to check in earlier than 2pm, but Hotel failed to provide my special request during booking. I requested for 1 large bed, but instead me and my wife got 2 single bed. Visually, hotel is very nice and well maintained. Cosy, but do hope this Hotel management must be more sensitive and attend customer requests with good care. Or else it will be only one time experience for them to stay here. Will check out on the next day. Our vacation mood a bit ruined but will try to stay positive and make the best out of it.

407 bathrooms have water leakage in the bowl smelly, but overall good. Good employees. The bed was comfortable. Great value for money.
