water leaking wet outdoor ground water running noise all day long. unable to chnage room even staff knew the problem

The room was nice the only issue I had was there was no hot water on the first night then only warm in the morning but heated up by the night

Overall clean, but the bathroom was old and the water was leaking. It was a little bit smelly. Internet wifi was very poor.

We stayed with our two young children. It was clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and efficient with checkin. The property itself is a bit dated but overall it was very comfortable and no issues

The motel was very average and needs updating but comfortable, quiet and clean. It was disappointing at the end of a long drive not to have any milk provided for tea or coffee.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Floor was not vacuumed and mould in the shower.

This was a convenient stay where we walked to views and local restaurant.

We just stopped over for a night on a road trip just needing a place to sleep before hitting the road again. This motel exceeded our expectations. The man that checked is in had the keys waiting for us and was very friendly. The room was roomy and comfortable. It was very close to the main strip so super convenient to go have a run on the beach before heading off. There was a bit of mould in the shower but not enough to be overly concerned. We will be looking for accommodation here the next time we are in South West Rocks.

Would not stay again - expensive and very dated property plus someone was smoking right outside our room all the time as ashtrays on verandahs - yuk

We only stayed there for the one night as we were in town for a surprise birth party. We arrived a little earlier that check in, but the owner allowed us to check in a little earlier. He ( the owner?) was friendly and knew who we were there for. lol. Except for a small stain on the bottom of the quilt cover, I found the room quite spacious and very clean otherwise. Lots of parking that was convenient to the room. The room was well stocked with tea, coffee etc. Water wass nice and hot and did not take long to come through. When we checked out the owner was in reception and came to our car to collect the key so I didn't have to get out. Overall I was happy with the stay and if my usual accommodation at swr was full of family I would happily stay there again

Everything very acceptable. Easy check-in and helpful staff. Breakfast deal welcome (1 free breakfast per room). A bit tired but very clean and tidy. Short drive to town and beach.

Older building but well maintained, comfy, clean. Awesome water pressure & nice staff.
