Really Good, employees are very kind. Hotel should announce that tips are included in the final bill.

We enjoyed our stay at fenix beach club! We stayed in the deluxe bungalow which was very nice and cleaned daily. Though the downfalls of fenix for us were the food price for relatively mediocre food as well as the slow service during breakfast and dinner time as we waited on average of 45 minutes just to be served. However the staff were very kind and helpful which made the overall stay at fenix very enjoyable and we would recommend staying there to anyone in the future.

Amazing stay! We came as a family of 4 and really enjoy our time. So pleased about the service and the friendliness of the staff. Food and drink choices/taste were excellent. Room confort, beyond expected. Definitely recommended it. Looking forward to our next trip.

Need better customer service

We booked a private transportation through customer service to go to Cartagena at 8:00 am. When we we're checking out, the receptionist wasn't aware of this service, and we departed 50 min after the time expected. We ended up missing a booked transportation we had scheduled at 9:00 am, and had to pay extra money plus the private service we already payed. This is unfortunate that due to the lack of comunnication, we had to go though all this.

Nice little get away from the city at a cheaper price than Rosario Islands. Not much to do other than the beach and pool

The staff are the best part. The beach is rocky and a boat is required to leave the property.

THERE ARE NO HOT WATER AT THIS HOTEL! Rooms do not have basic amenities such as, Iron, blow dryer, and no hot water at all of the hotel! so yes, you will need to shower with cold water! This hotel doesn't look as nice as in the pictures and it is definitely not a 4 starts Hotel as rated by Expedia! If you are looking for a nice hotel, it is not the place, it more for a low budget travel.

El hotel es Super maravilloso, las amenidades del hotel son súper lindas la comida deliciosa, las chicas del Spa que tiene el hotel son Super amables las actividades que se realizan como las clases de baile, los fines de semana nos encantó mucho disfrute de la fogata, el servicio es impecable recepción es maravilloso todo su personal, la verdad me sentí muy muy querida, muy feliz con mis vacaciones. Volveré pronto

The property was unorganized and on a remote island where we had to pay cash to a local boater to take across the Atlantic ocean to get too. I understood there was a storm beforehand but that doesnt excuse the fact that we had no running water. I could've been okay with no hot water temporarily but no water equals rough times. We luckily had a private pool and used this for water in the toilet for both my wife and myselfs bathroom sessions to be able to flush the toilet. No fun! There also were many dogs on the island in which is not a problem if there were a just a few and taken care of. But there was feces in the sand throughout the property and unfortunately at night you cant see it. So on top of no water, feces on my shoe and the mosquito fiasco we were not happy.

Mis padres disfrutaron mucho de su estadía en el hotel! Todo estaba muy limpio, las vistas eran buenas, la comida del resturante del hotel y las personas del staff muy amables.

No agua caliente , mosquitos no caja fuerte la piscina con Moo y le faltan azulejos y las habitaciones deprimentes las toallas para nada con iguiene y ni si quiera te las cambiaban a diario y lo q está en la aplicación para nada es lo q está en vivo y en directo yo le doy un 0 de 100 para mi una esperiencia terrible avían más perros que personas no te dejaban comer ni almorzar .

Todo fue maravilloso, la atención fue estupenda, hay muchos animalitos y la labor que hacen con ellos es de admirar... Volvería mil veces si pudiera
