The room was dirty and had a musty mildew smell. The area around it was loud, if you are noise sensitive be wary. Difficult to contant through phone number.

Didnt like how you communicate with the front desk. No room service or service to call for more sheets or blankets. Bathroom was always wet like there was a leak. Bed and pillows are very stiff

Worst stay I've ever had. Window was broken & boarded up with cardboard. Heater broken. At least the bed was somewhat acceptable. To make matters worse they never refunded my security deposit. I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company. I don't know how they manage to have the rating that they do (6.2 stars when I booked) but don'I trust it like I did!

Trash Overall , Receptionist Charged Me Twice Even After Confirming With Expedia, Cable Box Wouldn’t Turn On , Holes in the Wall and Door. Stay Here As A Very Last Resort

Brand new showers, quiet at night. Friendly staff. I left at 5 am was told to just leave key in room so I could leave to airport quickly.

Not too bad, has on-site parking, close to many places in LA, pretty straight forward.

It was all ok. I did t have problems of any type. The manager / owner was very nice he carried my luggage to the room and helped me with the tv.

Even though there were some bad reviews online, my stay was really quite enjoyable. My room was really quite nice, and the shower was amazing. Staff was nice and helpful in anything I needed.

The bathroom had mold, the front door lock was broken. It wasn’t that clean overall. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

When I drove to the property, it’s condition is actually shocking. It really looks ‘run down ‘. The room, although below par, is not as bad as you may think, based on the outside appearance of the property. It has a refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV with lots of channels, WIFI, and was not as bad as first thought... but it’s not for couples! You will be in the dog house for sure!

I always appreciate a motel with air conditioning. Presence of fridge and microwave oven was nice. Tap in keycards were easy to use. Rooms were adequate. Plumbing needed a bit of work
