Near the good pedestrian street, quiet, clean and good

I stayed for 2 nights at this hostel. Not really good experience, it was so so. I came for chiang mai marathon at tha pae gate, it takes almost 2km by walk from this hotel. Room was ok, front desk officer was nice but need more smile. For breakfast menu they only served bread toast with jam or scramble egg. One thing, you can heard people walking or talking loudly from your room, it is really annoying.

Reasonable price, promotion, location, walking street, Wualai The staff is smiling. Early check-in if available But a lot of dust rooms The bathroom can't be closed. The shower can not control the direction, the water is very distributed, overall is considered fair.

Impressive service, the counter quickly respond to our complaints about the broken air conditioner and let us change to another better room. Excellent location, it is in the center of the Saturday night street for go eating street food, relaxing and shopping. Moreover, we can easily use the Chiangmai city bus by walking to in front of the 7-11 of the main street and the bus come every 30 minutes and can check the GPS via the mobile application.

Very nice hostel we stay here for 2 nights everything perfect. I love this hotel and will back here again very near town center and Saturday night market

I can say "This's a guesthouse NOT hotel". I don't like it much but the most I love is the bed.
