I do like to stay in Aurora Hotel, cause I have stay in a clean room, although I can't have a window facing outside main rd, maybe next booking of rm able to give with window rm will be great. Thank you many,many to all the staff/management.

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Because there is only an extra baby, it is mandatory to add a bed🤣 pale bana him. 2 baby 6 month and 2 years old 1 child 5 years old and 2 adult. The bed doesn't use pounds. A sense of loss. I've checked into thousands of hotels with my wife's children. This is the first time I've been hit. First and last he entered this Aurora hotel. The slowest elevator. Slow customer service.

All is ok. But on 2 pm I heard 2 times knocking my room door. When go see nobody!

The room was cozy and nice. The staff was also helpful. Will repeat to stay there again

Everything is good except for the male receptionist during we check in. He pushed us to upgrade room from Superior Queen to Superior King thus cost us to pay extra. This is not supposed to happen because we already paid for the room. Should treat your customer well and you don't have right to push customer to opted for your choice. I am really disappointed.

My baby under 6 years but they charge extra rm50 ringgit for mybaby. It's so bad service. Room was smelly and dirty

I was totally disappointed with the way breakfast was being provided by the hotel. Breakfast was bad enough to be even given a thought for trying. Poorly arranged and hardly refilled any empty dishes. Limited varieties and choices. The entire display was disgusting with coffee creamer and sugar littered everywhere and the staff did not bother to clear up the place in order to make it more presentable. The entire restaurant looked dirty with food residue on tables and the floor, empty plates and cups almost never cleared. The staff worked very slow as if they had lacked of energies to commit on their job. There were just two staff working at the restaurant. How pathetic the hotel is seemed to be short of manpower! I could even notice the staff's locker being stored in the restaurant. The refrigerator and standing fan should not be placed at the restaurant as well. They even used a meeting table for dining in order to provide more dinning space! There was not enough room to move around to get the food since the whole place was being taken up by too many big tables and chairs. I thought these furniture had oversized the restaurant's floor space. The whole place looked badly organised and messy. This is the worst kind of restaurant being run at which I have ever seen in my travel experience so far.

It's an average hotel located in the vicinity of Jonker Walk/ Malacca town. Hotel is clean yet comfort. The food during breakfast is average, limited choices. The parking is very limited. We need to park at the opposite road which is the security and safety become an issue during late night. Overall is okay.

Breakfast is standard but it's okay. walk about 1 room to the center of the crowd. pretty good for sports.
