A very good hotel, with professional, courteous, and efficient staff. It is one of those rare hotels where tranquility, room design, and staff professionalism come together perfectly. Very comfortable room, nice bed, and spacious bathroom.

Liked this hotel so much, we decided to book it again on our upcoming trip in December. Great location and they even accommodated an early check in. That was a great plus just coming off a red-eye flight

The hotel service a rooms are nice. However the picture in the advertising is deceiving. It is not the frontispiece of the hotel. It is an apartment building across the street.

Clean & quiet.

The pressure of the shower was very weak so that it took a very long time to finish shower. In addition, water was neither very hot or very cold during shower. The worst shower experience we ever had.

This a a perfect hotel to stay at when visiting Buenos Aires. Central location. Great breakfast and the staff are friendly and helpful. The view from the top balcony is fabulous. There is a wine shop just a few doors down to enjoy at sunset

This is a small boutique hotel located in a neighborhood. The room is very nice and modern. The staff is very accomodating.

Nice neighborhood. Great service. All the staff speaks perfect english. They let us store our luggage for the day after checkout and even had a room to change clothes for the trip to the airport.

Great place to stay - not right in the centre but walkable and easy cheap Uber. Really goof price and felt very safe. Breakfast was great and staff incredibly helpful.

We stayed here before a cruise, it was only 5 min drive to the cruise ship. The workers were great, throughly enjoyed our stay at the Carles

Wonderful quiet street close to shopping and the metro. Wonderful multi lingual staff made it a pleasant stay.
