When we arrived we had trouble checking in. We followed the instructions they sent us but the callbox didn't work. We had to stand in the cold waiting for anyone from the building to either exit or enter the building so we could get in. After we got in, there was an issue retreiving the room key from the key cafe. We called Domicile. The rep from Domicile was unsure as to why we were unable to get our key. Jake, a rep for Domicilesuggeswhso sugworks for the property suggestedsuggested us to get to our room first, see if the key was in there already. We got to the room and the key was in there on the table. Just when we were about to relax from the long flight(FINALLY), we noticed the room wasn't very clean. We found hairs and stains on the bed sheets, some red stains on the wall in the living room, the utensils from the drawers were kinda greasy looking too. The tv cable wasn't working, and the olive oil they offered was expired! We had to call them again. The guy, Jake, who assisted us was very receptive. He sent a housekeeper over to reclean. As the compensation they gave us a bottle of wine, which we appreciated. However, the night before we checked out, we tried to use one of the plates from the cabinet, we found a dirty plate sitting in between with all other plates. It looked like someone had food and then just put the plate right back to the shelf... This is our first time staying in a condo like this and we really want to like the place, but they really need to improv
