It is in a very old, classic hotel with spiral staircase, high ceilings, incredible moulding, etc. The hotel is a bit dated, but it is cool. The location is convenient for El Centro.

There was no window in the first room or working air vent in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit didn't work... so it was stuffy and awful. The door and most of the front wall are single pained glass onto a hallway. So, no real privacy and you can hear everyone that walks by. They told me maintenance would come tomorrow to fix the A/C. When no one came, they moved me to a new room (this time with a window). Then the power went out for hours. So, I booked another hotel and walked out. There are much better places in that neighborhood for about the same price.

Had to go down myself to retrieve soap and toiletries, dirty towels twice, a bed made like a five year old once, humidity stains, etc. Overall, the receptionists were wonderful and very helpful, the same for maintenance personnel. I must say that I left the safe opened accidentally and none of the valuables or documents were touched by cleaning person.

Economically priced modern boutique style hotel

Good location, walkable to lots of restaurants and the Recoleta cemetery. Bag storage option available. Staff were always friendly. Is ok for short term accommodation. Facilities are old and showers are questionable. In saying that, we have stayed three times. You get what you pay for.

It was a horrible experience, i don't understand how a place like this can be offer. They show pictures of lobby, and rooms are far away from they say looks like. I paid mostly fir a week an the secind day of my stay i decided to move to other place. Dont waste your money.

Good for the price

Room was very small, musty, and had no window. Bathroom was dated. Room in general was old and very little airflow. Poor noise insulation from hall and other rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice property, the only thing I didn’t like is that the rooms don’t have a private bathroom.

I had a tiny room in the very back of the building. The bed was so soft I felt like I was almost on the ground, my bathroom was so small when you were in the shower the taps were touching my back and the shower curtain was touching my front and the water wasn't being contained. The toilet had a replacement seat attached that didn't fit so the lid hit your back as you perched over the toilet then closed before getting upright.Glad it was only 1 night.

Unfortunately, I needed a fast stay on Patios de Recoleta (from 7 pm to 6 am) to get some rest, and my experience was bad. The room is pretty ok, also the bath is good. But for my surprise when I went to sleep one windows didn't have a window curtain, and this window was exactly placed in front of to the corridor with a common lamp (which was activated by sensors, or should). But the sensors in my floor were not working - according to hotel staff, it got issue one night before my stay - and the lights were flashing on/off like a party (rave party, to be more exactly). How to sleep with this? The staff informed me that it was be fixed 1 day after I leave, what for me did work, and also they didn't have another room available because the hotel was full. Why did they not inform me before my check-in? Did they think it is possible to sleep in a room with flashing lights? Indeed, I didn't sleep, and my plan o have only rest was completely abandoned. I could not rate well (I never did it before) this hotel after this experience.
