Very helpful staff and very clean room.

The motel itself very nice .. clean, friendly staff, good breakfast but being away from city centre no buses after 8 p.m. no clear timetables and receptionist said bus from verona to hotel all night but not true. Had to take raxi at € 15 (already paid for bus tickets). Also shower head holder in room broken but they fixed when reported.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The building was older but traditionally Italian and clean and tidy. The room was basic but had character. The location is not central to Verona but parking atvtge hitel was easy.

Very friendly and helpful staff.The room was comfortable and clean.The only issue for us (but this is no fault of the hotel!) was that at night to get back to the hotel we had to take a taxi since the bus had stopped running at 20:50 in the centre of Verona.We liked it and would return with a car

Property was clean, old but well maintained, staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was great, rooms were very clean. Internet connections was the greatest we could not even get it in our room and the rooms were not well insulated you can hear every thing through the walls and a bit from downtown Verona

The place is very good for its price. Easy drive-able by car with private parking. Big supermarket in walking distance. Friendly personnel.

Breakfast was excellent for £3, staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately the room was very dated and not very clean - mold on the shower curtain and the toilet smelt like a subway toilet. Plus, I was munched by bedbugs to boot!

Easy to find from the airport. good value for money. Basic room / facilities but clean and quiet. Breakfast very good in pleasant dining room and staff were brilliant. Friendly, welcoming and helpful.

It's location was close enough to have access to tour all the sights while being far enough away for a peaceful night's sleep. (Close to the Rosetto grocery store for snacks and beer.) All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were grateful they spoke very good English, much better than my Italian. While some parts of the hotel need updating, the owner seems to have matters well in hand and will make her father's dream great again. If in Verona again we would be happy to stay there again.
