Getting a room at the very back facing a clean swimming pool is certainly very enjoyable for our children Old building with Balinese motifs, but still suitable for use at a reasonable price For those who want a quiet atmosphere, this place is quite suitable Note: the smell of wood in the bathroom is quite pungent, it is better to install a special fragrance or better yet, repaint the frames/doors

Overall, the room is comfortable because it is very large, there are no obstacles even though it is an old building, maybe more maintenance will make it more comfortable.

The hotel atmosphere is nice and aesthetic, but it is not well maintained. If it were well managed, it would be crowded. Management must improve, with a cheap price you can get a comfortable hotel.

Back in 2009-2010, it was my favourite place to stay in Jogja. However, recent condition is awful: short of staff, the bedroom wasn't clean as in the picture, the bathroom is bad, no wifi connection, malfunction TV. Feel bad for the hotel.

the sink is leaking, the water isn't hot at night when I want to take a shower.. I shiver from the cold... in the morning the hot water is only lukewarm. the TV channel is changed to Mlah so it's ants.. but my child likes the clean pool... the room is spacious. the atmosphere is very calm, suitable for relaxing.. really like the atmosphere of the environment 👍

The bed frame was crawled, dusty, lots of termite crumbs under the mattress. The table and TV area were very dusty. - the room atmosphere was not fresh, lots of water seepage from the walls. - the bed sheets were damp, as were the pillows. Like the sheets that had not been changed after use. We worked around it by covering it with a blanket that we brought ourselves. - who originally wanted to rest right away, couldn't at all. Because we had to sweep and clean the room area. Why didn't you ask the staff to clean it? Because it looked like they were resting, poor thing ehehe. Hopefully they can continue to improve in terms of room cleanliness, so that they can compete with other competitors whose prices are affordable but whose facilities and cleanliness are very well maintained. There is a swimming pool, hot water is smooth, cold air conditioning, big TV, the location is also quiet far from the crowd but unfortunately the cleanliness should be improved again. It's a shame because the look is cool, vintage Java & Bali only in room 114a the cleanliness is really lacking.

One of the rooms I booked. The shower faucet was broken. And the room lights were dark. Yellow. The other room was bright. The swimming pool was dirty. If you bring small children, it is not suitable. A bit scary.

Tempatnya asri, sunyi, dan tenang. Untuk transit sebelum melanjutkan perjalanan cukup menyenangkan. Service-nya ramah.

Actually the place is already good, the facilities are complete, but a note: the room I got, the couch was rotten, the furniture in the room was also weathered, the room door was also difficult to open. The first time I entered the floor was dirty because there was a lot of weathered furniture in the hotel room and I'm sorry, for the shower in the bathroom it came out super duper small I didn't want to go up but, for the service it was okay. Just please repair it again, the palagan residence house. Next year I will try to go there again, hopefully it will be better.

The shower water is problematic, the flow is very small, the hot water doesn't work, even after submitting a complaint, hope it can be fixed.

Honestly, it's a shame that the cleanliness in the rooms is lacking. Lack of cleanliness from the floor in every corner, check previous visitors' belongings for any left behind, blankets with stains. But the staff is responsive & friendly 👍. And hopefully the operation will be improved from peeling walls, blankets that are not bright white enough, air conditioning that makes noise but it's cold, how come the air conditioner is 😊. I still give a good rating because for the nightly price I got it was a low budget, with spacious room conditions, clean swimming pool facilities, smooth wifi, tv on, hot shower hitters can, toiletries available, towels, soap brushes, tea maker & there is a refrigerator although not clean but can be used & cold👍

Friendly service, but asked for 2 single beds not given. Overall pretty good for the price.

Kamarnya tidak sesuai gambar, tempatnya kotor lembab AC rusak, blower kamar mandi rusak dan sangat mengganggu, tv rusak, kolamnya kotor tidak bisa dipakai, saya nemu kecoa dan lintah.
