Strategic location, clean rooms.

Very recommended for family stay.

overall good. we happened to stay only for one night. but the staff was a bit less handy... we pushed our own suitcases to enter the hotel lobby, in other hotels when there are guests getting off the taxi, the hotel staff usually immediately help take care of the suitcases. even if the bellboys are all busy, the security usually immediately takes the initiative to help. for the room is ok... there is a 1-door refrigerator larger than the ones usually found in hotels, there is a microwave. it's just that an electric stove is provided complete with cutlery + dishwashing soap (including sponge)... the only thing missing is 1 pan for cooking even though we didn't cook in the room.

Near Jalan Alor. Friendly staff. Everything is good, clean, and nice.

Not worth the price. Too expensive at this price. Better get something cheap and better than this somewhere else.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious & soundproof. Even though there's a kitchenette, the hotel did not provide cookery and we have to purchase it ourselves in order to do some light cooking. The breakfast was delicious but limited. Would be better to have more breakfast selection. Overall it was a good stay, very near to the city centre.

Highly recommended where my sister left her wallet in the room and my sister has returned to Indonesia, they kept the wallet until my sister asked, they were even willing to send it to Indonesia, very helpful and the location is very close to Alor and close to everywhere, becoming one of the destination hotels to return to if you go to Kuala Lumpur, very professional and friendly and uniquely the hotel already uses robots when we order toothbrushes that come are robots, very amazing for children 😍 must stay at this hotel.

Old hotel but still satisfied, good location not far from Pavilion.

The location and rooms are okay but don't expect more in terms of service, especially the security guard guarding the door, don't expect them to help carry your things. Maybe this hotel is because the semi-apartments are all self-service.

The rooms are nice, spacious, the price is not expensive, close access to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang, the minus is for those who have difficulty lifting suitcases, don't stay here because there is no bell boy 🥲 remember when I moved in, the family of 8 suitcases had to carry them myself.

It was the most pleasant stay. It was a great location as well as we could walk to pavilion. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Nice hotel, neat, clean, good location, close to everywhere, but unfortunately the food doesn't suit me, like Indian food (?) and there's also little variety.

Ke 3 kali nya nginap di sini. Ganpernah kecewa! Next ke KL bakal d sni lagi. Proses chcekin checkout gampang dan cepat. Resepsionis 24 jam. Hotel dekat kmna mna. Enak pokoknya.

The room are roomy, very niece view. We stayed at 17th floor. And the area very strategic, many restaurant and mini market.
